REASONS TO HANDLE CAT CLAIMS
FOR SIMSOL INSURANCE SERVICES, INC.

You will receive a PAYCHECK every two weeks.
You will receive a paycheck based on a percentage of your commissions
for closed and approved files every two weeks you are at the storm
location. Checks are processed at SIMSOL Insurance Services headquarters
in Niceville Florida and over nighted to the storm office every two weeks.
You may also elect to have your checks mailed directly home if necessary
(if momma wants her groceries!).
You're eligible for ADVANCES at all times during a storm.
At the beginning of a storm, you may also request an advance to get
you started (if it has been too long between storms) While you are
handling claims for SIMSOL Insurance Services you may request an advances
against actual billing.
SIMSOL Adjusting software must be used.
While you are handling claims for SIMSOL Insurance Services, you will
be provided a special working copy of SIMSOL'S ADJUSTER FOR WINDOWS
property estimating arid adjusting software. This copy of the ADJUSTER
contains special features available only to insurance carriers and SIMSOL
adjusters. The adjuster software from SIMSOL has built in property
and contents estimating programs as well as a word processor, claims
diary, digital photos and electronic
file e-mail capabilities. The system comes complete with all N.F.I.P flood
forms and FWUA forms saving you hours of filling out repetitive federal
government paperwork. First introduced in 1990, SIMSOL ADJUSTFR claims
software is currently being used by over 4,500 adjusters across the
country to handle all types of catastrophe and local claims.
Your retainage is safer because all files are turned in on disk.
When you submit a closed paper file to SIMSOL storm office, you will
also turn in the file on disk or electronically.
With the file on disk, SIMSOL management can make minor, non-claim
payment modifications or adjustments to your paperwork without having to
turn the file over to another adjuster for re-adjustment. You won't lose
any of your original billing! If SIMSOL management can repair your
file on disk, your retainage stays with you and will not be given to
another adjuster. Errors in final payments to an insured must be
readjusted by the original adjuster or reassigned to an adjuster who is
still on on-site (in the later case, all or part of original billing plus
any supplemental billing plus any supplemental billing will be paid to the
adjuster who completed the loss).

With the help of SIMSOL Insurance Service's parent company, SIMSOL
Software, SIMSOL'S claims management system will be linked to main frame
computers at the carrier level for the instant EDI transfer and
downloading of cat claims. Cat. Assignments will then be instantaneously
sent to your computer in your hotel room from SIMSOL in North Florida. Hard
to believe? It is already being tested and will be on line this year!
You will receive claims and loss information directly on disk
or electronically.
Simsol Insurance Service's Claims Management Program (C.H.A.O.S.) has the
ability to provide you with all your claim and loss information already on
disk. You simply load the disk into your computer and all claim
information is entered into your SIMSOL ADJUSTER program.
New e-mail capabilities now make it even faster to receive and
transmit claims.
This benefit alone will save you up to a half hour of computer work per
file.
Multiply that by 100 cat files! (Answer: time savings of 50 Hours!)
You will be placed on a list.
Too often Cat companies want to place your good name on their list in
order for them to look "big" or impressive to carriers. Usually
the bulk of actual adjusting work goes to only a select group of that Cat
companies adjusters. In other words, the Cat Company gets the use of your
good name and reputation and you receive nothing in return. This
stockpiling of adjusters does not happen at SIMSOL.
